Best baby purchase ever

I thought I wouldn't need to buy much for baby 2 but have somehow been on a bit of a shopping frenzy. These Aden and Anais wraps are by far my best purchase, I use them every day, several times a day for so many purposes. They are bamboo and so so soft, they are beautiful quality and the colours are amazing you could wear these as a scarf! They fold so compact too I always have one stuffed down the bottom of my bag. They are perfect for feeding in public, they are great to tuck over the top off my baby carrier when on my chest to protect from the sun, a great shade over the pram, seriously I could reel off so many uses so will stop here. Its so nice to find something so pretty that is suitable for a boy.

I can't recommend these enough. I bought mine for $44.95 for the 3 pack at http://www.clubbaby.com.au/

Back to Blogging?

Okay lets see if I can get back into this after my debut a year ago! Lots of things have changed, now a mum of 2, somehow 2 is easier than 1, not sure how that has worked maybe its forced my big boy to become more independant. Life is good, lots happening and lots to talk about!

Dinner at The Dunes

Last night we went out for dinner to a local restaurant with the most beautiul view. The food is a bit boring but nice enough, but its the location that brings in the customers. I like it as its really quiet early when we go (6pm) and the meals come out quickly which is important when you have an impatient toddler who is dying to have a run on the beach when we are finished. My husband surfs and once we arrived he gazed out the window at some of the best waves he had seen in a long time. Needless to say it was a quiet meal I think he was very sad he was inside eating and not out surfing as the sun went down... My highlight was an elderly gentleman walking past our table and 2 year old G screaming out "Santa" as he walked by, then "more santa" when his elderly friend joined him.

"Run Mummy Run" this phrase is repeated over and over when we hit the beach, no such thing as relaxing watching the sun go down.

Welcome to my blog, an insight to my world. I am 31 years old and live in a small coastal town 1.5 hours away from Melbourne Australia with my husband, 2 year old boy and 2 badly behaved dogs. We moved here from Melbourne just after my little boy was born and we are now living happily ever after...

In my past life I loved shopping but now most of this is done online due to the lack of quality choices in my small town and also an impatient 2 year old that HATES shopping, thus am quite addicted to internet shopping and know the parcel delivery man by name! I also spend way to much time browsing the supermarket as this is the only shop my little boy enjoys spending time in.

I love lots of different things but I suppose thats what this blog is for me, a place to talk about them all! So anyway, here we go, this is my blog! xx
